2. Description of Service
VoxeraX provides AI-powered voice synthesis, voice cloning, voice design, and speech-to-text transcription services. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan.
3. User Obligations
You are responsible for all content you generate or upload. You must hold the necessary rights for any voice recordings used for cloning. You may not use the service to impersonate others without consent or to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.
4. Intellectual Property
Generated audio belongs to you, subject to your plan's licensing terms. VoxeraX retains rights to the underlying AI models and platform technology.
5. Limitation of Liability
VoxeraX is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for damages arising from use of the platform.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
