Your privacy is important to us. Final policy text is being drafted by the client and will be added here before launch.
1. Information We Collect
We collect account information (email, name) through Clerk authentication, usage data (credits consumed, features used), and content you upload for voice cloning or transcription.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to provide the service, process payments, improve our AI models, and communicate with you about your account. Voice samples uploaded for cloning are used solely to create your clone and are not shared.
3. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. Audio files are stored in AWS S3 with access controls. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Clerk for authentication, Fish Audio for AI voice processing, Lemon Squeezy for payments, Resend for emails, and AWS for storage. Each service has its own privacy policy.
5. Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time through the Settings page. You can also request a complete data export or permanent account deletion.
